Our in-person FRCEM OSCE course is meticulously designed to simulate the actual FRCEM OSCE exam, providing candidates with a hands-on opportunity to apply their clinical knowledge and skills in realistic, exam-style scenarios. The primary goal of this course is to ensure you are fully prepared to face the exam with confidence, giving you the practice needed to succeed.

This intensive one-day course offers the most authentic experience of the FRCEM OSCE exam. You will engage with a broad array of scenarios typically tested in the exam, such as trauma management, resuscitating critically ill patients, performing procedural tasks, delivering bad news, managing difficult patients or relatives, and more.

Throughout the course, you will have the chance to lead some of the stations while also observing and learning from your peers when they take the lead. Each station will give you 1 minute to read through the scenario, followed by 8 minutes to demonstrate your skills and decision-making.

After each station, there will be an opportunity to discuss your performance with our expert faculty and trained actors. This valuable feedback will help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement, allowing you to refine your approach and increase your chances of success in the real exam.
